Interreg V-A Hungary-Croatia 2014-2020 Cooperation Program B-light construction
within the framework of the Joint Development of professional machinery for processing white acacia poles
(HUHR/1602/2019-LPP2-014) project for the performance of tasks related to events
we publish a call for proposals for the following items:

1. Attention event:

• Wood as a natural building material is an event organized for children presentation, in close connection with learning about and protecting the environment.
• Securing a venue for the event.
• Hiring two teachers to run the event (classes
  management, supervision of children).
• Bus transportation for children and teachers.
• Provision of snacks, lunches and snacks for children and teachers.
• Provision of materials for the sessions.
• A gift for children.
  
  2. Attention event:

• Securing a venue for the event.
• Providing a projector for the duration of the event.
• Provision of a Croatian interpreter for the duration of the event.
• Catering (coffee, soft drinks, cold dishes).

I would like to ask the applicants to send us their price offer by May 10, 2022 at the latest
deliver.
